Pretty, but a bit scary since some of those were taken a few blocks from my apartment, not that we on our hill are in any danger. I just don't want to get stuck!
I was at the dog park across the river from Iowa City Power Co Restaurant and then went to the water plant off Dubuque St. north of I-80. I am not sure where they need people anymore, but check icgov.org/riverwatch. The right column lists where sandbaggers are needed. I think the water plant was on there.
